We all carry baggage, but not the kind you can toss on an airport conveyor belt. This baggage is invisible… yet it shows up in our thoughts, our choices, and even our faith. In this series, we’re opening the suitcase on the hidden weights that hold us back from running freely with God - and learning how to check them at the cross once and for all.
Prayer & Worship
Sunday, October 5th
Each month, we come together to worship and pray for our community, our church, and one another. Join us at 5:30 PM in each NC Community for an impactful hour of prayer and renewing in God’s presence.
Childcare is available for ages 0-4 years
Serve Day
Saturday, October 18th
Serve Day 2025 is happening on Saturday, October 18th. This will be a Community Serve Day happening in each NC Community.
Next Steps Class Sunday, October 19th
The Next Steps Class is held once a month on the third Sunday. This class will give you an overview of what NC is all about. You’ll learn about the heart and mission of NC, who we are, and how you can be a part.

NextGen Sunday
Sunday, October 19th
Once a month our 9 to 11 year olds join us in the main worship service to worship with their families. After worship is over, kids are dismissed to their NC Kids environment to hear the word of God!
*NC Long Beach does not have NextGen Sunday at this time

Giving
We believe giving is an act of worship. At Northwood, we give willingly, sacrificially, and primarily to the local church as the most effective way to advance the Kingdom of God. If the ministry here at NC has affected your life, we want to encourage you to be faithful in giving.
