LOS PINOS, HONDURAS
Northwood Student Trip
We will be joining the Children’s Cup on a trip to Los Pinos, Honduras. Join Northwood Church as we explore the beauty of Honduras. Much of the work done through the Children’s Cup is done at CarePoints. A CarePoint is what its name implies: a point of care in a community. When a missions team shows up at a CarePoint, the children there know that it means they’re not forgotten – they’re loved – they’re special. And the things you do while you’re there, whether it’s feeding, hosting Bible club, praying with families at their home, light construction, encouraging our leaders and volunteers, or holding a kid’s hand, are always all about giving the hope of Jesus Christ to children who know all too well what it means to have no hope. This is a special time for sponsored kids to meet the one who loves, prays, and supports them - it’s a special time for all! If you sponsor a child in Los Pinos, this is the mission trip for you.

• NC Students ages 14 and up in grades 9th‐12th.
• Anyone under 21 years old must have a notarized parental consent (Honduran law).
• Application approval by Missions Director or Lead Pastor
• Background Check through NC and Children’s Cup (18 years old and up)

Christmas Party

Hernando, MS
The Palmer Home for Children is a Christ‐centered organization that provides residential care a family and community to nearly 100 children in Hernando, Mississippi. On this trip, you will spend the week serving at the Palmer Home for Children where our team will be the hands and feet of God’s compassion. Our Team will have the opportunity to serve through various group projects such as landscaping, small construction projects, cleaning, painting, organized children activities and much more. Throughout the week there will be many opportunities to personally connect with the children and to share with them the love of Christ.
